Annual Tuition Fees 2025–2026
At Here2Grow, our tuition structure is designed to provide clarity, flexibility, and value for every family. Whether in our International School or Daycare programs, each fee plan reflects our commitment to delivering a high quality educational experience supported by qualified educators, safe environments, and development focused learning.

Fees & Payment Policy
VAT & Payment Method
• VAT (15%) applies to all fees for non-Saudi students only
• Payments can be made at the Accounting Department
• Payments can also be made via bank transfer to Saudi Fransi Bank
• Account Number: SA56 5500 0000 0216 9480 0101
• Proof of payment must be submitted to the Accounting Department
• Proof of payment can also be emailed to: accounting@here2grow.edu.sa
Payment Terms
• 1st installment (new students): due in the first week of the academic year
• 2nd installment: due before the second term starts
• 3rd installment: due before the third term starts
• Students will only be admitted after all required fees have been fully paid
Enrollment Fees
• 2,000 SAR (non-refundable) is required to reserve a seat
• This amount will be deducted from the first installment
• 250 SAR (non-refundable) – KG interview fee
• 300 SAR (non-refundable) – Elementary admission test

• School uniform
• Books
Discounts Policy
• 5% discount for the 2nd sibling
• 10% discount for the 3rd sibling
• 15% discount for the 4th sibling
• 5% discount for full annual payment
• Only one discount can be applied (discounts cannot be combined)

Daycare Payment & Policy
Payment Method
• Payments can be made directly at the daycare
• Payments can also be made via bank transfer to the daycare’s account
• A copy of the bank transfer must be sent to the daycare’s mobile number

VAT Policy
• VAT (15%) will be added to fees for non-Saudi students only, as indicated in the schedule
Attendance & Pickup Policy
• Parents are kindly requested to bring and pick up their children on time according to their selected enrollment plan
• Adherence to scheduled timings is required for all students
Late Pickup Policy
• In case of delay in picking up a child after the scheduled time, an additional fee of 40 SAR per hour will be applied
• The late fee must be paid directly
Uniform Policy
• The school uniform is not included in the tuition fees
• The cost of the uniform is 550 SAR
